Admissions Process
At St. Timothy Orthodox Christian Academy, admissions are designed to introduce families to our mission and ensure that each child is prepared to thrive in our Orthodox classical program. Here’s how it works:
Attend an Information Session
Prospective families are invited to an Info Meeting where our headmaster and clergy explain the academy’s mission, curriculum and expectations. Sessions are held regularly and provide an opportunity to ask questions and tour our campus.Submit an Application
Applications open each spring. New families pay a $50 application fee per child ($25 for returning families) to cover administrative costs. This step reserves a place in the admissions queue.Family Interview
Once applications are processed, the headmaster and parish priest meet with each family to discuss readiness and ensure that our mission and values align with your expectations. This conversation helps us understand your child’s needs and answer any remaining questions.Enrollment Confirmation
Accepted students are offered a seat. To secure enrollment, families submit a non‑refundable $375 registration fee per child, which covers initial materials and supplies. At this stage, we also discuss uniform purchases and prepare families for the onboarding process.Onboarding
After enrollment, families submit required records, review the academic calendar, purchase uniforms, obtain required books, and set up accounts for online courses and payment plans. New students and parents attend orientation sessions to become familiar with our policies and community.
